TEXT ORDER: As per today's Telephone Status Conference, on or before October 21, 2022, Defendant Amplity, Inc. ("Amplity") shall provide Defendant Scynexis, Inc. ("Scynexis") with a proposed amended answer asserting a crossclaim pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a). On or before October 25, 2022, Scynexis shall advise Amplity if it consents to the proposed amendment. If there is consent, Amplity shall file and serve the proposed amendment by written consent on or before October 28, 2022.
