TEXT ORDER As per today's Zoom Initial Scheduling Conference and the parties' agreement, the parties shall meet and confer on: (1) conducting limited jurisdictional discovery to address whether the Court has subject matter jurisdiction; and (2) informally exchanging documents to foster possible settlement discussions. The parties shall submit a joint letter on or before 9/30/22, addressing any proposed schedule for jurisdictional discovery.
