TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of several filings from plaintiff: (1) The #7 brief appears to be a copy of a state court filing and is not responsive to any motion pending before the Court; (2) Plaintiffs #8 amended complaint will be rescreened, and the matter shall be REOPENED in the interim; (3) The Court has already granted IFP status to plaintiff at #6 , and therefore the new #8 -1 IFP application need not be reviewed; (4) The #9 motion and appeal demanding payment and relief is premature pending the courts rescreening of the #8 amended complaint and is DENIED.
