TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff shall send the Defendants an affidavit containing the names and citizenship of each member of its LLC at the individual membership level. Once Plaintiff provides a complete list to the Defendants, the parties are to meet and confer on whether they consent to remand this matter to state court. The parties shall be guided by the principle that "a limited liability company is a citizen of all the states of its members." GBForefront, L.P. v. Forefront Mgmt. Grp., LLC, 888 F.3d 29, 34 (3d Cir. 2018). By December 22, 2022, the parties shall file a joint letter either (1) proposing an order for remand or (2) setting forth their position on diversity of citizenship. In order to prioritize determining whether this Court has subject matter jurisdiction, the deadline by which Defendants First Republic Bank and Vircom Inc. shall answer, move, or otherwise reply to the Amended Complaint is extended to January 13, 2023.
