TEXT ORDER: For purposes of determining diversity jurisdiction, the information provided as to Defendant ALLEY 2001 LLC is insufficient to establish whether complete diversity of citizenship exists. Within 5 days of making an appearance in this case, Defendant ALLEY 2001 LLC shall file a letter analyzing each of its members and the citizenship of each of the members. Further, if any member of Defendant is itself a limited liability company, partnership, or other unincorporated entity, then the members of that entity will also need to be identified.
