TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of defendants #1 notice of removal, which alleges subject matter jurisdiction exists based on plaintiff, an LLC, having business address in New Jersey and based on defendant, also an LLC, being a Florida corporation. Defendants, as the parties asserting subject matter jurisdiction, must properly and sufficiently assert diversity of citizenship. An LLCs citizenship is based on the citizenship of all members, which has not been plead. Accordingly, Defendants shall SHOW CAUSE by January 3, 2022, why this matter should not be remanded for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and, if appropriate, file an amended notice of removal.
