TEXT ORDER: In this action brought under diversity jurisdiction, plaintiffs are ORDERED to file by February 2, 2023: (1) proof of plaintiff Dinesh Jadav's citizenship (and not residency) beyond what has been already submitted; (2) a declaration completely analyzing plaintiff Kumud Hospitality LLC's citizenship with specificity in a manner that complies with the standing # order concerning unincorporated business organizations and with 28 U.S.C. 1332; and (3) a declaration clarifying whether defendant SSN Williamsport, LLC (SSNLLC) remains in existence and whether any plaintiff is a member of SSNLLC, which, as a result, would destroy diversity, see Reightler v. Monmouth Bioproducts, LLC, No. 14-03518, 2014 WL 12621233, at *1 (D.N.J. Dec. 22, 2014) (citing Bankston v. Burch, 27 F.3d 168-69 (5th Cir. 1994)).
