February 5, 2023 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff's motion (Motion) for leave to appear pro hac vice (ECF Nos. #3 , #4 ) is denied without prejudice for the following five reasons, all of which must be addressed if there is a renewed motion: (1) there is no indication of an attempt to obtain defendants' consent for the pro hac vice admission; (2) the Motion was made by the pro hac vice applicant Joshua L. Goldstein (Applicant), and not formally made by the admitted attorney; (3) the documents signed by the Applicant lack his handwritten signature and are undated; (4) a list of the years of admissions to all bars (state and federal) featured on the Applicant's firm website, as well as the names and addresses of the officials or offices maintaining the rolls of the members of all of those bars or, in lieu thereof, certificates of good standing issued by those maintaining such rolls, is lacking; and (5) the Applicant did not utilize the appropriate jurat, see 28 U.S.C. 1746.
