The payments shall be clearly identified by the case name and number assigned to this case. If Atkins is transferred to another county, state, or federal institution, the transferring institution shall forward a copy of this order along with his remaining balance to the receiving institution.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order be sent to the official in charge of the institution where Atkins is confined.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Atkins's motion to amend his complaint (ECF No. #12 ) is DENIED. Atkins may refile his motion to amend his complaint as directed in this order by February 9, 2023. If Atkins does not file a motion to amend his complaint that complies with this order by this deadline, the court will screen Atkinss original complaint.
