Therefore, by May 4, 2023: (1) The three limited-liability-company plaintiffs shall file declarations completely analyzing their citizenships in compliance with the Court's standing #order (Standing Order) for unincorporated business organizations; (2) The three plaintiffs who are people shall file declarations setting forth where they are domiciled as opposed to reside; and (3) Defendant Northfield Insurance Company, having asserted that "[a]ll Defendants to this action consent to removal," shall meet its burden as removing defendant by filing a declaration completely analyzing the organizational nature and citizenships of all defendants in compliance with the Standing Order if they are unincorporated business organizations or with 28 U.S.C. (Section) 1332(c)(1) if they are corporations. The parties shall file their declarations on personal knowledge and not on information or belief, with a jurat complying with Section 1746.
