TEXT ORDER: As per today's Zoom Initial Scheduling Conference and as per the agreement of counsel, on or before May 31, 2023, the parties shall meet and confer on the exchange of informal discovery to facilitate settlement negotiations. The parties shall submit a joint letter on or before June 23, 2023, addressing whether they agree at this time to pursue private Mediation or participate in the Court referred Mediation program pursuant to Local Civil Rule 301.1 and stay discovery. Upon receipt and review of the June 23rd letter, the Court will issue a Pretrial Scheduling Order in the event the parties do not agree to mediate. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jessica S.
