TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint letter dated August 8, 2023, (ECF No. 8) providing the Court with a status update as instructed during the August 3, 2023 hearing. Defendants request to reinstate the prior briefing to schedule with the appropriate extensions is GRANTED. Pursuant to Defendants request, the briefing schedule for the Order to Show Cause for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction, ECF No. 3, is amended as follows: Defendant shall serve a written response to this Order to Show Cause and the request for entry of the preliminary Injunctive relief and proof of service by Monday, August 21, 2023; Amcest must file with this Court and serve simultaneously on Defendant Counsel any written reply to Defendant's order to show cause opposition by Monday, August 28, 2023; and the hearing on Amcest's application for a preliminary injunction shall be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. All other provisions of the Courts Order dated August 1, 2023 (ECF No. 3) shall remain in full force and effect pending further Order of the Court.
