As Defendants seek to consolidate this matter with Maher, et al. v. AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Civil Action No. 20-152, the instant matter is not the earliest docket number. Accordingly, the Court terminates the motion to consolidate filed in this matter. In light of the Court's prior text order 28 , the scheduling conference set for January 3, 2024 is cancelled.
