TEXT ORDER: Based on this Court's review of the official docket, on December 3, 2023, the Clerk of the Court advised Plaintiff's counsel, Sung Jin Lee, in writing, that the Clerk's records reflect that attorney Lee is not a member of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and directed attorney Lee to have a member of the Bar of this Court file an appearance on behalf of Plaintiff in accordance with Local Civil Rule 101.1.
