TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of and has reviewed Plaintiffs #1 complaint. Plaintiffs assert this Court has subject matter jurisdiction based on diversity, however, the complaint: (1) indicates plaintiff Strulovic and defendant Bruce are both citizens of New Jersey; and (2) fails to sufficiently set forth the citizenship of all parties, including but not limited to plaintiff Communipaw, an LLC for which the members are not listed, and for defendants Park Hill and USIC. Accordingly, Plaintiffs shall SHOW CAUSE by January 3, 2024 why the matter should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiffs may show cause by filing an amended complaint sufficiently setting forth the basis for this Courts jurisdiction. SO ORDERED by Judge Brian R. Martinotti on 12/19/2023. (lr, )
