TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff has not met her burden of demonstrating subject-matter jurisdiction (ECF No. #1 ). By February 5, 2024, plaintiff shall file a declaration and supporting documentation with specificity, and not on information and belief, under the penalty of perjury in compliance with the Court's standing #order and with 28 U.S.C. 1332: (1) demonstrating the state in which she is domiciled as opposed to resides; (2) completely analyzing the citizenships of defendants MMS Group and Corinthian Towers Preservation, LLC, which are limited liability companies; and (3) demonstrating the states in which defendants Schindler Elevator Corporation and Slade Industries, Inc. which are corporations, are incorporated and the states in which they have their principal place of business. Also by February 5, 2024, plaintiff shall file a declaration and supporting documentation under the penalty of perjury demonstrating exhaustion of administrative remedies concerning the defendant U.S. Department of Housing And Urban Development, see 28 U.S.C. 2675.
