TEXT ORDER: As per today's Initial Scheduling Conference by Video Conference and the parties' agreement, the parties shall exchange Rule 26 disclosures by 3/22/24 if they have not already done so. The Court will conduct a Settlement Conference by way of Video Conference on 4/17/24 at 12:00 p.m., and will provide the parties with the connection information in advance. All parties with FULL AND ACTUAL settlement authority are required to attend. The parties shall fax confidential settlement position papers of five (5) pages or less to Chambers (973-645-4549) on or before 4/15/24. Based on the foregoing and to facilitate settlement, and with the parties' consent, the Court finds good cause to stay discovery and delay issuing a Pretrial Scheduling Order, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(2), pending the outcome of settlement discussions. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jessica S. Allen on 3/21/24. (jbb)
