Defendant is also directed to conduct a good faith search of case law relevant to resolving the Application and provide citations to same. Plaintiff may file a response by March 29, 2024. The Application will be addressed at the initial scheduling conference scheduled for April 25, 2024 at 10:15 a.m. (ECF No. #7 ).
