TEXT ORDER - The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's pending motion for a preliminary injunction, which appeared moot at the time Plaintiff paid the required filing fee on February 22, 2024. ECF No. 2. Plaintiff's complaint indicates that an eviction was to occur on February 21, 2024. ECF No. 1. Plaintiff shall serve the complaint and motion for preliminary injunction on Defendants within 14 days of the date of this Order. Thereafter, Plaintiff shall provide the Court, within 30 days of the date of this Order, with an update as to whether the eviction took place on February 21, 2024. Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction shall be administratively terminated pending a status update from Plaintiff. So Ordered by Judge Claire C. Cecchi on 3/5/2024. (mailed to pro se) (jl, )
