ORDER terminating #2 Motion for Leave to Appear Pro Hac Vice: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff Oladoja's motion for leave to appear pro hac vice for James O. Hacking, III. #2 However, it appears James O. Hacking's certification was submitted incorrectly based on the Clerk's quality control message. It also appears that the error has not been remedied properly. Plaintiff's attempt to remedy the problem fails because it does not contain the actual signature for Mr. Hacking. #4 .
