TEXT ORDER denying #5 Motion for TRO. Following a hearing today, the Plaintiff's Application for a Temporary Restraining Order and Injunctive Relief is denied for failure to meet the requisite standards for the entry of ex parte relief, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b), without prejudice to a preliminary injunction application being considered upon service of the Defendants. The Plaintiff shall serve his fillings to date on the Defendants as soon as practicable. And the Plaintiff and Defendants shall file a joint letter on or before April 30, 2024, setting forth their positions as to a proposed briefing schedule with respect to the instant matter.
