TEXT ORDER: On December 4, 2018, the Court set an order to show cause hearing for December 21, 2018. (ECF No. #6 .) On December 7, 2018, Plaintiff submitted correspondence to the Court notifying the Court that it could not personally serve Defendants for approximately two weeks. (ECF No. #7 .) On December 10, 2018, Defendants submitted correspondence to the Court requesting the Court schedule a settlement conference rather than setting a new briefing schedule. (ECF No. #8 .) The Court grants Defendants' request and will hold a settlement conference on December 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. By noon on Monday, December 17, 2018, each party must submit an ex parte, confidential settlement position letter to Chambers. The letter must include demands and offers and set forth the client's position on settlement. The letter should not exceed three (3) pages and should be submitted via email to njdnef_Shipp@njd.uscourts.gov.
