On September 7, 2018, the Panel filed in this docket a conditional transfer order (CTO-105) pertaining to this action (Barsh). In the absence of any known opposition to the proposed transfer, the stayof transmittal with regard to Barsh was lifted on September 17, 2018, and the action was transferred to the District of New Jersey. Subsequently, also on September 21, 2018, plaintiffs, through counsel, filed a motion for leave tofile a notice of opposition.
