Bohn for improper venue, and recognizing Plaintiff's apparent attempt to shop for a favorable forum, the Court hereby instructs Plaintiff to show cause by SEPTEMBER 11, 2018, as to why his claims against Defendants Somerset County, Christopher S. Porrino, City of Watchung, Geoffrey D. Soriano, Michael C. Schutta, and Somerset County Jail should not be dismissed as well for improper venue. See 28 U.S.C. 1406(a).....(VACATED IN PART PURSUANT TO ORDER FILED 8/22/2018) Furthermore, in light of Defendant Watchung's #14 Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiff's #13 Motion for Default Judgment Against Defendants, Plaintiff shall, by SEPTEMBER 11, 2018, 1) show cause as to whether he has properly served Defendant Watchung, or 2) cause process to be properly served upon Defendant Watchung and proof of service to be filed with the Court, or establish good cause for the failure to do so.
