MINUTE ORDER: The Court has received Plaintiff's #8 Proof of Service, which purports to have effected service on each Defendant in this action. Plaintiff shall respond by SEPTEMBER 11, 2018. Defendants' replies, if any, are due by SEPTEMBER 25, 2018. The Ocwen Defendants request a hearing on their motion on September 18, 2018, at 10:00 AM, "or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard." In light of the foregoing briefing schedule, the Court shall not hold a hearing on the date requested by the Ocwen Defendants. If the Court finds that a hearing would be of assistance in the resolution of their motion, the Court shall schedule such hearing upon the conclusion of briefing.
