Askal, and Diana Rispoli as additional Plaintiffs in this matter; directing the Clerk of the Court to administratively terminate this case without filing the complaint or assessing a filing fee; if Plaintiffs wish to reopen this case, they shall each notify the Court, in writing within 30 days of the date of the entry of this Order; each Plaintiff who wishes to proceed with this matter is to provide the Court with either (1) a complete, signed in forma pauperis application, including a certified six month account statement, or (2) Submit the $402 filing fee; Any Plaintiff who wishes not to proceed with this matter may withdraw from this case by filing a letter expressing that intention with the Court..
