(ECF No. #76 .) On December 2, 2022, the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson ordered (ECF No. #79 ) that Defendants' opposition briefs to Plaintiff's Preliminary Injunction Motion shall be filed 14 days after the issuance of the Court's decision on Plaintiff's Motion to Remand (ECF No. 64) and Defendants' Motion to Dismiss in the Tripicchio matter (No. 21-14512, ECF No. 60).
