At this time, the Court is satisfied that it has federal question jurisdiction because Plaintiff alleges violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. 1692. The Court, therefore, will lift the stay on the motion to dismiss. Plaintiff may file an appropriate motion citing applicable legal authority if it has further challenges to this Court's jurisdiction. TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon review of the docket. On October 8, 2021, Professional Finance Corp. ("Defendant") filed a Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages. (ECF No. #7 .)
