Filing 3 TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon review of the docket. Plaintiff Robert W. Johnson ("Plaintiff") filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) in conjunction with his Complaint. (ECF No. #1 -1.) On review of the IFP application, Plaintiff filled out the short-form application. The Court instructs the Clerk to mail a copy of a blank long-form IFP application to Plaintiff.
