TEXT ORDER: This matters comes before the Court upon receipt of Plaintiff's pre-motion conference letter from September 27, 2023 seeking leave to file an emergent motion to remand this case to state court. (ECF No. #2 .) Pursuant to the Court's individual preferences, which may be found at # https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/content/georgette-castner, "[w]ithin seven (7) days after receipt of this letter, all adversaries must submit a written response, not to exceed three (3) single-spaced pages."
