TEXT ORDER:This matter comes before the Court upon Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint. (ECF No. #9 .) The Court's individual preferences require a defendant to submit a pre-motion letter requesting a conference before moving to dismiss, followed by a responsive letter from the plaintiff.
