TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon the April 4, 2024 pre-motion letters from Defendants indicating their intent to move to dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint. (ECF Nos. #5 & #6 .) This Court's individual preferences, which may be found at https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/content/georgette-castner, state that, [w]ithin seven (7) days after receipt of [a pre-motion conference] letter, all adversaries must submit a written response, not to exceed three (3) single- spaced pages. Thus, Plaintiff was expected to submit a written response no later than April 11, 2024. In order to facilitate the scheduling of a potential pre-motion conference, Plaintiff shall file a written response to Defendants' pre-motion letters in accordance with the Court's individual preferences no later than April 19, 2024.
