TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon review of Plaintiff's Notice of Removal of this action to federal court. (ECF No. 1; see also Civ. No. 23-1609, ECF No. 1; Civ. No. 23-20637, ECF No. 1.) As the Court noted in its opinion and order remanding the first improperly removed action to state court (Civ. No. 23-1609, ECF No. 13) and again in its January 8, 2024 Text Order (Civ. No. 23-20637, ECF No. 11), there is no federal cause of action plead in the complaint underlying this matter. (See ECF No. 7-6.) Therefore, for the same reasons stated previously, this Court does not have subject-matter jurisdiction over this action. Accordingly, pursuant to the Court's January 8, 2024 Text Order, this case is REMANDED to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County. Defendant need not file any further briefing responsive to future removals of this case unless the Court orders otherwise. So Ordered by Judge Michael A. Shipp on 4/17/2024. (jdb)
