TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon Plaintiff 3PL Center, LLC's "Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction" filed on July 29, 2024. (ECF No. #9 .) On July 31, Plaintiff filed a letter indicating that the parties "resolved" the Motion and that no decision on the Motion was needed. (ECF No. #11 .) Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff also indicated that the parties expected to file a dismissal order shortly. (Id.)
