Filing 13 ORDER DISMISSING CASE: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order and in this Court's June 18, 2013 Memorandum and Order, plaintiffs' complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail to both plaintiffs a copy of this order and the accompanying judgment, note the mailing on the docket, and close this case. The Court certifies pu rsuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (a)(3) that any appeal from this order and judgment would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. Filing 11 ORDER granting 5 and 8 Motions for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and granting 30 days from the date of this order for plaintiffs to file an amended complaint: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, plaintiffs ar e granted 30 days from the date of this order to submit an amended complaint. No summons shall issue at this time and all further proceedings shall be stayed for 30 days. If plaintiffs fail to amend their complaint within 30 days as directed by thi s order, the Court shall dismiss their complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauper is status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
