The plaintiffs' equal protection, § 1981, due process, and Monell claims are dismissed with prejudice. The plaintiffs' state-law claims are dismissed without prejudice to their re-filing in state court. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the defendants and terminate the case. Filing 43 ORDER granting 37 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim: For the reasons given in the attached opinion, the defendants' motion to dismiss is granted in its entirety. The plaintiffs' equal protection, § 1981, due process, and Monell claims are dismissed with prejudice. The plaintiffs' state-law claims are dismissed without prejudice to their re-filing in state court. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the defendants and terminate the case.
