For the reasons stated on the record, the Court finds that limited additional discovery is warranted in light of the timing and procedural posture of this case, including the recently-filed Amended Complaint (ECF No. 62). For the reasons stated on the record, the Motion for Protective Order #60 is terminated as moot. Plaintiff is directed to serve a revised Rule 30(b)(6) notice to Defendant Walgreens by 8/20/2021.
