Filing 14 ORDER: By Memorandum and Order dated August 12, 2019, the Court granted Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. The Court also dismissed Plaintiff's claim against the City of New York for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted pursuant to Rule l2(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff was granted thirty (30) days from the date of the Memorandum and Order to submit an amended complaint and was advised if he failed to amend the complaint within 30 days, judgment shall enter. Plaintiff has failed to file an amended complaint. Accordingly, the action is dismissed, and the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment closing the action. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v.
