ORDER RE #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915 is hereby granted. The Clerk of Court shall prepare summonses for the defendants. Administrative Order No. 2020-12 suspends the United States Marshal's service of process during the current national coronavirus emergency.
