ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: As set forth in the attached Order to Show Cause, on or before January 2, 2022, Defendants shall file a response to Plaintiffs' motion #15 showing cause as to why the relief requested in Plaintiffs' Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction should not issue. A hearing on the order to show cause shall be held via videoconference before this Court on January 4, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., at which both Plaintiffs and Defendants shall appear. The conference line and dial-in information for public access will be provided in a subsequent order. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the court.
