ORDER: The Court previously ordered the parties to file a joint letter describing the case and a proposed civil case management plan on or before November 14, 2022. See ECF No. #5 . The parties have not filed those submissions. The Court recognizes that the parties have filed a waiver of service by Defendant, which establishes Defendant's deadline to file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint on or before January 3, 2023. See ECF No. #9 . However, the parties' deadline to submit a case management plan is separate from Defendant's deadline to answer, and the Court does not need Defendant's answer to set a discovery schedule. The Court therefore orders the parties to file their joint letter and proposed case management plan on or before December 1, 2022. Ordered by Judge Hector Gonzalez on 11/15/2022. (BH)
