Filing 5 ORDER: For the reasons explained in the attached Memorandum & Order, Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff is granted thirty (30) days' leave to file an amended complaint. The Court also DENIES Plaintiff's #3 motion for leave to file document under seal. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to unseal the Complaint and amend the caption to reflect Plaintiff's name. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (a)(3) that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962).
