ORDER: The Court cannot accommodate the alternative conference dates proposed at #9 . Accordingly, the Court grants Defendants' counsel alternative request to hold the 8/17/2023 Initial Conference by telephone at the originally scheduled time. The parties are to call 877-336-1829 and type in the access code 3581283 for the AT&T conference bridge. If circumstances arise such that counsel are no longer able to attend the telephone conference, they must inform the Court by letter.
