April 18, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: As set forth in the attached order, Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is granted. In addition, as detailed in the attached order, in accordance with Valentin v. Dinkins, 121 F.3d 72 (2d. Cir. 1997) (per curiam), the Court hereby directs the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York to ascertain the full names of the officers alleged to have been involved in the incident underlying this case and to produce that information as detailed; it shall be submitted to the Court by 6/3/2024. Once the officers have been identified, Plaintiffs complaint shall be deemed amended to reflect the full names of these individuals as Defendants, a summons shall issue for each Defendant, and the Court shall direct service on these Defendants. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of the attached Order and the complaint to the Corporation Counsel, Special Federal Litigation Division, at 100 Church Street, New York, NY 10007.
