July 17, 2023 Opinion or Order ORDER granting #16 Motion for Pre Motion ConferenceA telephone pre-motion conference scheduled for September 6, 2023 at 10:30 AM before Judge Gary R. Brown, at which time the parties should be prepared to address Plaintiff's anticipated motion to dismiss the Counterclaims, DE 16, pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
