The Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 74) accordingly is DISMISSED w ith prejudice as to Corporate Plaintiffs first and second causes of action; and it is further ORDERED, that the Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 74) is sua sponte DISMISSED without prejudice as to Dorsett-Felicellis first and second causes of action for failure to prosecute; and it is further ORDERED, that North Country Kids Motions (Dkt.
