Filing 20 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER: GRANTING Defendant's 12 Motion for Sanctions in that Plaintiff shall pay Defendant the sum of $400 for reasonable attorney fees within thirty days of this Order; ORDERED that Plaintiff shall serve his Respon ses to Defendant's Demands and expert disclosure on or before 2/11/08; ORDERED, that the Uniform Pretrial Scheduling Order shall be amended as follows: (1) discovery deadline is 4/11/08; (2) the final day to file dispositive motions is 5/23/08; (3) Defendant's expert disclosure is due on or before 3/10/08; (4) After the exchange of expert disclosures, the parties may depose the experts but said expert depositions shall be completed before 4/11/08; (5) All other provisions of the Scheduling Order shall remain in effect; and (6) No further extensions will be considered..
