ORDERED that defendants Albany County, James Campbell, Leonard Crouch, and John Mahan's motions for summary judgment (Dkt. Nos. 41, 43, 45) are GRANTED insofar as Sebast's deprivation of property claims (First and Fifth Causes of Action) and negligence claim (Sixth Cause of Action) are DISMISSED; and it is further ORDERED that defendants Albany County, James Campbell, Leonard Crouch, and John Mahan's motions for summary judgment (Dkt.
