Defendant General Electric Company's motion for summary judgment against the County of Saratoga and the Saratoga County Water Authority is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Defendant General Electric Company's motion for summary judgment against the Town of Halfmoon is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. All state law claims, except the New York Navigation Law claim, are DISMISSED. Plaintiffs' federal CERCLA claim (Second Cause of Act ion) and plaintiffs' New York Navigation Law claim (Fourth Cause of Action) remain for trial. The parties are directed to file, within thirty (30) days of the entry of this Order, notice of which experts, if any, they intend to call at the liab ility phase of the trial.
