MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER, that Adept's 38 Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED in part as to Witkowski's breach of contract claim. That Adept's 38 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED in part and Witkowski's claims for beach of implied contract, unjust enrichment, negligent misrepresentation, and promissory estoppel are DISMISSED.
